CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

IMI Isacson AB is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. This policy outlines our approach to handling confidential information received or created in connection with our consulting activities.

 

1. Purpose

 

The purpose of this Confidentiality Policy is to ensure that all confidential information handled by IMI Isacson AB is treated with strict confidentiality, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

2. Definition of Confidential Information

 

For the purposes of this policy, "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

- Business plans and strategic documents

- Financial records and statements

- Client or partner contact details and correspondence

- Agreements, proposals, and project documentation

- Technical knowledge, methods, and proprietary tools

- Any information explicitly marked or identified as confidential

 

3. Duty of Confidentiality

 

All employees, consultants, subcontractors, and collaborators of IMI Isacson AB are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality. No Confidential Information may be disclosed to third parties or used for purposes other than those explicitly agreed upon in the scope of the engagement.

This obligation remains in force even after the termination of the professional relationship.

 

4. Handling of Information

 

IMI Isacson AB undertakes to:

- Restrict access to Confidential Information to authorized personnel only

- Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect such information

- Not share Confidential Information with third parties without prior written consent

- Return or securely destroy all Confidential Information upon request or completion of the assignment

 

5. Exceptions

 

The duty of confidentiality does not apply to information that:

- Is or becomes publicly available without breach of this policy

- Was developed independently by IMI Isacson AB without reference to the disclosed information

- Must be disclosed pursuant to applicable law, regulation, or legal process (provided, where possible, that the affected party is notified in advance)

 

6. Breach of Policy

 

Any breach of this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages. IMI Isacson AB reserves the right to take appropriate measures in response to a breach, in accordance with the nature and severity of the violation.
